  • For hair appointments: wash your hair 10 minutes before our arrival; for makeup: remove your makeup before our arrival; for nail appointments: prepare 2-3 small to medium towels for manicure and pedicure

How long is the appointment?

  • You can check the treatment times next to it’s price, if you need more time than calculated for the styling, a 300 NIS hourly rate per therapist will apply as to keep us on track for other potential events.

How do I book?

How quickly can I book a treatment?

  • Booking in advance, raises the odds that you will get the appointment at your preferable day and time. You can try to book an appointment at any time that you want. Better to let us know at list 90 minutes in advance.

What if I want to modify my appointment to include an add-on such as lashes, nails, spa services?

  • Please call or WhatsApp us in advance, to let us know and we will do our best to try and fulfile your wishes.

Can we do an appointment either on a balcony or in the garden?

  • No, It is not possible to have the appointment outside. As cool as it can apear, our therapist need an air-conditioned environment in order to deliver you with the high quality service that you deserve.

Do you offer any other services besides hair styling, makeup, and nails services?

Can my artist add false lashes during my makeup appointment?

  • Yes it is possible to add false lashes for your makeup. Please inform us in advance if you want to have them.

If I don’t see the look on the menu, can I request something else?

  • Of course it is possible to create your preferable hairstyle. You can send us a picture in advance so we can discuss it.

Can I buy this as a gift for someone?

  • You have the possibility to buy a giftcard which is valide for one year.(link)

Can you handle large parties or events?

What if I’m running late for my appointment?

  • If you are running late for you appointment please call us as quick as you can at (number). Late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments to avoid inconvenience to other clients. If the timeline exceeds the quoted time on the client’s behalf, a 300 NIS hourly rate per therapist will apply as to keep us on track for other potential events. If a client is late for the start time, we will do our best in the time remaining to complete all the services scheduled, if the time won’t be enough to complete the service the client will be charged the full price of the reservation.

  • You can either pay with your credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or in cash (NIS-Shekel). We do not accept American Express and Diners. In any case a credit card should be provided to secure the treatment

  • Reservations cancelled less than 6 hours prior to appointment time will be charged the full rate. Reservations can be cancelled only during our operational hours 9:00am-9:00pm 7 days a week), For example, you may not cancel an 8:30am appointment at 5am the same day. You would need to cancel it the day before.
